We care about your privacy and want you to feel comfortable when using our services. Therefore, below we present the most important information about the principles of our processing of your personal data and cookies that are used by our website, taking full account of the GDPR.

As of May 25, 2018 REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT and OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 enters into force. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – commonly referred to as “GDPR”.
Due to this fact, we would like to inform you that your personal data will be processed under the conditions described in the following Privacy Policy:

  1. This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered  e Dworek Wdzydze 
  2. The administrator of personal data contained in the Website is: Ireneusz Liżewski, Gdynia 81-352, ul. Abrahama 9/8, (hereinafter referred to as the Administrator).
  3. In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 EC.
  4. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data are:
    1. processed lawfully;
    2. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes;
    3. substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
    4. stored in a form enabling identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
  5. Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the Website users and in cases where the provisions of applicable law authorize the Administrator to process personal data.
  6. The Administrator processes personal data voluntarily provided by users of the Website only for the purpose of:
    1. responding to user inquiries submitted using the contact form,
    2. accepting a reservation using the online reservation system,
    3. implementation of services provided by the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b) GDPR,
    4. implementation of the legitimate interest of the Personal Data Administrator in special cases pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter f) GDPR, e.g. debt collection or video monitoring of traffic within the Facility.
  7. The recipients of personal data may be bodies, institutions and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting services) and other entities participating in the implementation of the ordered service.
  8. The administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to adapt the offer.
  9. The data processed by the Administrator can be viewed by the Website user who provided them. The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion and limit or stop the processing of his or her personal data at any time. At any time, the user may also request the removal of his or her personal data from the website.
  10. The Website User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

COOKIES

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are internet data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device (computer, mobile phone, tablet). First of all, they contain the name of the website of their origin, their unique number, and the storage time on the end device. Using cookies, the Administrator is provided with statistical information about User traffic, User activity and how the Website is used. They allow the content and services to be adjusted to the User’s preferences. The term “cookie” refers to cookies and other similar tools described in Directive 2009/136/EC of the European Parliament concerning the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector (Directive on privacy and electronic communications) and Art. 173 Telecommunications Law.

Due to our use of cookies, we provide the most important information on their use. The cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about Users, except for information about their behavior on the Website.

2.1 The Administrator stores cookies on Users’ computers in order to:

  1. proper adaptation of the Website to the needs of Users and optimization of the use of websites;
  2. remembering the User’s preferences and individual settings, recognizing the User’s device and appropriately displaying the website tailored to his needs (full version, mobile version of the website);

  4. save your online booking details so that you do not lose them when you visit the Website again.
