General description
The houses are two-story with an area of approx. 60m2. They include a living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two cottages (4 and 5) have fireplaces.
There is also a utility room at your disposal, with a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an ironing board, an iron, a vacuum cleaner and other useful cleaning utensils.
The cottages are designed for a comfortable stay for 4 people.

Smoking, pipes, cigarillos, stimulants, e-cigarettes, etc. is absolutely prohibited in the cottages. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas
We do not offer meals (individual catering from a hostess from a nearby village is possible).
Barbecuing is allowed within 2 m of the wooden terrace and only if it does not disturb other guests.
Even though we love animals, we do not accept them!!!

Cottages & Apartments
High Standard of Comfort
Dear guests,
We decided to share this beautiful place with you and create an elegant, intimate and comfortable place to relax with a limited number of places to sleep near our home, where we have spent all our free time for over 20 years.
Therefore, in cottages of about 60m2, we decided to prepare accommodation for only 4 people in each cottage.
At your disposal are newly built cottages in Kashubian style with a higher standard. In the cottages has been made floor heating, so you will not get cold even in minus temperatures 🙂
In addition, 2 cottages have been equipped with fireplaces.
The furniture, doors, stairs and other wooden elements were made by a regional carpenter from Kashubia to reflect the atmosphere of a country cottage. We hope that you will like the comfortable bathrooms with a large shower, heated floors and stylish accessories.
Pine kitchens are equipped with a full-size dishwasher, a 4-burner induction hob and a spacious fridge with a freezer. Large 3×2 meter windows will give you the feeling of being surrounded by nature, even when you want to spend time on the sofa in the living room. We decided to make terrace roofs so that you can use your valuable time outdoors, both on hot and rainy days. The property is located in a valley, surrounded by trees and is very well sunny, so even at lower temperatures, when it is sunny, you can enjoy sunbathing. We have also prepared a roofed gazebo in a quiet corner of the property under the birch trees, where you can relax in silence on comfortable armchairs or deckchairs. For those who want to use their time more actively, we have prepared a playing field and a playground in a remote part of the property, so that games and fun will not disturb those who want to relax in peace. For your safety, cameras have been installed in critical points.

All payments are only possible to bank account no. 30 2490 0005 0000 4000 4654 9025 at Alior Bank.
Confirmation of the reservation is a prepayment in the form of a deposit of 30% on the day of booking. The remaining amount no later than 1 day before the scheduled arrival.
Failure to pay the deposit will result in cancellation of the reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable! However, the reservation can be postponed to another available date agreed with the landlord.
Changing the arrival date not agreed with the owner, no-show or early departure does not entitle you to reduce the cost of your stay or any refunds!
We do not accept payment cards and do not accept cash. Payment by bank transfer.
We do not accept tourist vouchers.
The confirmation of the reservation is a return message from the landlord in the form of an e-mail.
Important!
Please provide the following information in the transfer title:
- Contact details for the invoice (name and surname, telephone number, address, e-mail address, and in the case of a company, Tax Identification Number).
- Date of stay (date of check-in and check-out);
- The number of people in the house or apartment, provided that it cannot exceed the permissible number of people indicated in the offer, unless agreed with the landlord.
- Estimated time of arrival;
- Selected house or apartment number.
